Our processed fish is packaged by weight in three categories which are 500 and 1kg. The products are packed in transparent nylon bags with designs and also barcoded for ease of stocking. Special consideration can be given to packaging 2kg and above in cartons if the demand suffices.
Description
We ensure strict hygiene throughout the process of degutting washing, folding, and cooking/drying the fish due to the fact that we must maintain a given standard for the health of our clients also in order to retain both our local and international certifications.
Product Availability With our current processing capacity of 10 tons per month, and the expansion currently underway, also coupled with our network of fish farmers within and outside our processing base, we can guarantee a steady supply of fish within a 72 hour notice period.
